About the Chamber

Our Story

The Edgefield County Chamber of Commerce has served as the voice of local business and a cornerstone of community life for over a century. Founded in 1905, the Chamber has grown alongside Edgefield County — celebrating its successes, weathering its challenges, and always championing the people who make this place home.

Today, we represent hundreds of businesses across every industry — from family-owned shops on Main Street to healthcare providers, manufacturers, and agricultural operations. Our mission is simple: to foster a thriving business environment and a strong, connected community.

Edgefield County is a place of deep roots and bright futures. We are proud to be part of that story — and we invite every business, resident, and visitor to be part of ours.
